Note:
The Basic Sale Price (“BSP”) shall be as fixed
by the company and BSP prevailing at the time of receiving the booking
amount shall be applicable. The BSP will be free of escalation except that
it will increase or decrease with any fluctuation in the actual area of
the unit.
One car parking space with an apartment is
mandatory for an extra cost in addition to the BSP.
An exclusive club with swimming pool is
planned only for residents of the complex at an extra charge, membership
for which is mandatory.
Registration charges and maintenance security
deposit shall be payable extra at the time of offer of possession.
The Basic Sale price includes charges for
External development charges (“EDC”) and Infrastructure Development
Charges (“IDC”) at the rates applicable at the time of sanction of plans.
Any revision in EDC, IDC or any such charges as enhanced and as applicable
from time to time shall be born, directly by the prospective buyers/allottee,
to be paid through the company to fulfil the requirements of the
authorities.
Proportionate charges for substation including
transformer and HT Lines shall be in addition as applicable at the time of
possession.
Above mentioned commercial terms and
conditions stated herein are merely indicative with a view to acquaint the
applicant and are not exhaustive and will be dealt with in detail in the
Flat Buyers Agreement to be subsequently executed at the time of
allotment.
