Note :

1) Price for the plot is 36000 per sq. yards w.e.f. 24th September, 2011.         

2) Down Payment Price shall be calculated taking rebate @ 5 % Basic Sale Price, which is subject to change without notice.

3) The Installment Stages (I to III) are mentioned above. The Time Gap in between the installments shall be 60 days and as per the Plan mentioned above.

4) Any delay in the payment beyond due date shall attract a penal interest @ 18 % per annum on the amount payable. If the payment is delayed beyond 75 days of the due date, the developer shall have the option to cancel the booking and forfeit 20 % of the payment received.

5) Stamp Duty/Registration charges where applicable shall be payable along with the last installment based on prevailing govt. rates.

6) Transfer fees will be charged as will be decided by the company from time to time

7) PLC - Park Facing Location, Major Road Location, Corner Location:

       - For Major Road – 50 ft. wide = 10 % of the BSP

       - For Park Facing Location = 5 % of the BSP

       - For Corner Location = 10 % of the BSP

8) EDC (Extra Development Charges) included.
